Georgia Hardinge offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced architectural garments, provided they remain in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with our sculptural designs.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
